This is generally an online session and usually lasts about 30 minutes. In this session we discuss what you would like to work on, I explain how the mind works in relation to anxiety related conditions and how hypnotherapy can help. It is an extremely important first step to helping you understand what you can do about the issues you are facing.
Subsequent sessions last around 50-60 minutes - we begin with talking therapy, bringing you to a positive frame of mind and focussing on small steps towards your goals. We then move to the trance session where we can access the subconscious mind, this is very powerful for providing clarity and motivation.
The average length of treatment varies, depending on the individual which we will discuss in the initial consultation. Solution focussed hypnotherapy is a collaborative process with the best outcomes achieved from full participation.
