Sessions and Fees

Standard sessions will last 50 minutes and charged at the fees stated on www.sandradewsnap.co.uk
Payment is required 48 hours prior to the session
No guarantees can be made as an outcome of the sessions, duration of therapy and goals will be discussed but outcomes will differ by individual

Cancellation

24 hours notice is required for cancellation
We reserve the right to retain 50% of the fee with any cancellation under 24 hours, although consideration will be given to individual circumstances

Behaviour and Code of Conduct

Respectful behaviour is required at all times, we abide by the code of conduct as outlined by the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
You agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
If your conduct contravenes these standards, then we reserve the right to terminate the session and refuse any future sessions. Any pre payment will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where hypnotherapy is not considered an appropriate treatment

Confidentiality

Any information that is collected during the course of the session is held in confidence.
Any information captured will be used solely for the purpose of providing therapy. We adhere to all relevant regulation in respect to the use and storage of your data
Your data will never be shared with external parties without your express permission, unless in cases where we have a legal and/or moral obligation to alert relevant authorities
We may on rare occasions wish to contact your GP (with your permission) prior to commencing any therapy. If this was required, we will only supply information that is relevant for the intended purpose.
